Workgroups
Synonyms added by site's users overlay base "mechanic" synonym set which contains too much synonyms. But sometimes people use inappropriate words or their sets simply contain slang. By using workgroup synonyms you can control - who's synonyms to use?
By adding people to your workgroup you can use their synonyms sets during rewrite process. Basically you can use someone's work.
To check someone's synonyms set - to see if it suits your needs - use icon 
in their profile.
You can create your workgroup by clicking on "add" link in People section of this site.
If you want to remove someone from your workgroup - click "remove" link in their profiles.
To use synonyms set defined by people in your workgroup check box "my workgroup set" in rewriter.
Synonyms of your workgroup used by default in API - you can block them by using parameter no_workgroup=1.
