Common Principles of the Service
We are not liable for loss or corruption of data or any damages the service might cause you, your site, your computer, your clients/users or anything else related to you.
You are solely responsible for the use of this site and any content you display using this service.
This service provided as is - without warranty or guarantee.
We do not guarantee any income for you from using this service.
Free accounts designed for testing and may be deactivated after certain period of time (2-12 weeks).
If your free account has good collection of manually entered synonyms (few hundreds or more) - it may last forever (with certain limitations).
Amount of symbols in texts which are being rewrited is limited for both free and premium users and may be changed. Current limits are 500 (free) and 5.000 symbols (premium users). 5.000 symbols equal to two A4 pages of text typed using 14pt Times font (approximately).If your text is bigger than limit - it will be cut during rewrite process.
Amount of daily rewrite attempts is limited both for free and premium users and may be changed. Limits applied via tokens system: you can use this service while you have positive tokens balance.
Tokens being re-filled daily (every 24 hours). Daily timer resets at midnight EST (GMT-5 hours) - after that moment you can use this service once again if tokens on your account were depleted during previous day.
Daily tokens don't stuck - if you didn't spend them they won't be added to tokens added during next day.
Daily tokens will not be added if amount of your tokens exceed daily limit.
API may occasionally add content (links) to texts requested performed by free users. Such links being placed in the system by administrator and our commercial clients to support this project - and they won't contain links to gambling, adult, pharmaceutical sites or any other material which usually marked as "inaprropriate". If you find something you don't want to see on your site - you are free to delete such content.
Termination of Services.
Free access to API is for testing and development and may not be used for business: it may be terminated completely for non-commercial users at any moment.
If there will be too much requests (much more than daily limits) from certain IP addresses - they may be blocked permanently.
Users may be banned and their synonyms database blocked or deleted in case of abusive behavior.
Your synonyms may be blocked or deleted by administration in case if they contain errors (typos) - to keep database clear.
You may not use this service to rewrite texts which aren't written in Englsh language. Usage of non-latin letters and synonyms from language other than English will get your account banned.
Multiple accounts not allowed. Accounts with matching IP addresses (during registration or sessions) may be suspended.
You are not allowed to share your account on this site with 3rd party companies or persons. Shared accounts may be terminated.
Refund Policy and Subscription Cancellation.
If you want to cancel your subscription - login to your Paypal account and cancel it.
If you cancelled subscription - your premium status on this site will last till the end of present (pre-paid) term. Example: your previous payment was @ May, 6 and you cancelled subscription @ May, 21 - your account will remain "premium" till June, 6.
Refunds available for long-term subscriptions on pro-rata basis with full price of passed months substracted. Example: you paid $199 for 1 year membership and asked for refund 3 months later - then 3x$19.50 = $58.50 will be substracted and you'll get $131.40 refund.
Month-to-month subscription refundable only if your account was inactive. "Ivactive" means there weren't API calls or rewrite attempts.
For long-term subscriptions refunds available only during first 3 months.
If your access to this site was terminated due to abusive behavior we may refuse to refund your last payment.
